All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). If you live outside of Australia, you are responsible for any import duty that your country may levy on your purchase. Full payment is required before we process an order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and direct deposit into our bank account (for Australian customers only)
Your order will be dispatched within 14 days from receiving full payment. Delivery via courier will take between 2 – 10 days depending on your location. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be arranged at our discretion.
We do not give refunds if you change your mind. Once the order has been processed the only change that can be made is the delivery address and you will need to notify us within 7 days of placing the order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be arranged at our discretion. We will request a photograph of the damaged item to review and we will decide if the damage occurred during the delivery process. If we approve your request for a replacement, you will not be charged for the new print, but you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the damaged print back to us, as well as the cost of delivering the replacement back to you.
